Woodinville

Woodinville is a growing community just 30 minutes from Seattle known for its celebrated wineries, craft breweries, distilleries, and restaurants. Woodinville, however, is more than just its tourism. This tight knit community has a small town feel though close to both Seattle and Bellevue. With its well-funded public school system, a selection of private preparatory schools, and numerous family-oriented outdoor and indoor activities all over the Woodinville area, Woodinville is perfect for families.

Our perfect day in Woodinville begins at Heritage Restaurant for their delicious brunch. After devouring our Fried Egg Croissandwich, we would head to Matthew’s Winery for authentically Washington wine made from classic Bordeaux varietals. After sampling a flight of their 100% single varietal Tenor wines, we would continue our Bordeaux adventure at DeLille Cellars. From there we would stop at Haggens, our favorite local supermarket, to pick up cheese, crackers, fruit and meats for the perfect chacauterie picnic. We would then head to Chateau St. Michelle for a picnic on their beautiful grounds. We finish the day at Barking Frog for a culinary experience.
